These training programs cover the gamut from strength training,speed workouts, shooting, scoring & ball handling workshops and mental training!
BASKETBALL STRENGTH & SPEED PROGRAM
Get stronger, quicker, faster and become a more explosive basketball player with the Basketball Strength & Speed Program workout. This type of training will improve your conditioning, enhance your speed and explosion with and without the ball. For the best benefit make this is a full year-round (in-season and off-season) basketball workout and training program!
MENTALLY TOUGH BASKETBALL SHOOTING WORKOUT
Become a dominant scoring machine with The Mentally Tough Shooting Workout. You will not only improve your shooting , you will improve your toughness and ability to shoot when the pressure is on!
MY JOURNEY TRAINING
My Journey is a personal basketball journal and goal setting workshop for players who desire to dig a little deeper inside their game and understand what they are capable of doing on the floor! If you don't know where you are going, how will you get there? My Journey helps you set goals and then gives you the opportunity to track your progress.
SHOOTING GUARD WORKOUT
The workshop will work on everything from stationary shots, floaters to jump shots and moving without the ball drills using the Gun also other fun challenging shooting drills. These basketball shooting drills will help any player become a better shooter from the perimeter.
SCORING BASKETBALL WORKOUT
This basketball workout focuses on scoring drills -- moves that combine ball handling and shooting to better develop the ability to score. With these drills you will work on change-of-direction, floaters, jump shots, and attacking defenders
This program is designed strictly for the BIG GUYS to enhance skills around the basket. We will focus on The 3 C?s, moves, body positioning, shooting, rebounding, toughness and footwork.
